Further on Yuuki Sakai’s “Ballat” takes a sheet metal beat and processes it through an industrial strength echo chamber with hugely hypnotic results, Obscure Shape’s “Black In Black” pays homage to the Millsian techno schooling with a paranoid radar-like loop and Dax J’s “Revelations” drives us deep into the audio abyss with a throbbing bass/kick combo and showstopping flurries of party percussion.
